Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for a refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before an experience, you won't receive a refund, but you can reschedule to a future date.

  • If inclement weather is extreme or we fall ill, we reserve the right to reschedule to a later date, but we will try our best to not let this impact us.

  • I, for myself or as parent or guardian, hereby assume all the risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities. I release, absolve, and indemnify Ghar, employees of Ghar, volunteers, contractors and/or sponsors from all risks and hazards associated with the activities and in the event of injury, do expressly waive all claims against them. I understand that no insurance coverage is provided by Ghar.
